Billing can be by the Job or by the Hour.
Projects quoted at a Job rate will usually require a preliminary
hourly rate analysis phase to establish the size and scope of the Job.
Hourly rates range between $45.00 and $110.00 per hour.
The rate will be finalized by the type of work and negotiations with the client.
